Information You Enter

Receiptrr lets users enter receipt and invoice details. Drafts may be stored in browser local storage on the same device. If a user chooses Save to account, the receipt details and generated receipt file are stored in the database for that account.

Accounts

When users sign up, Receiptrr stores name, email, hashed password, account status, signup time, login time, and related account activity.

Visitor Analytics

Receiptrr records basic activity such as page views, template selection, print, download, email, copy, save, login, signup, contact form use, and ad booking. To help identify repeat visits, Receiptrr stores a privacy-safe visitor fingerprint created from the IP address instead of displaying raw IP addresses in admin. Country may be stored when the hosting provider or CDN supplies a country header.

Advertising

The site may use Google AdSense and owner-managed advertising placements. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and user consent rules.

Contact Form

Messages sent through the contact form are used to respond to support, advertising, and business requests.

User Responsibility

Do not enter sensitive account numbers, passwords, government IDs, or private financial information into receipt notes or contact messages.
