Acceptance

By using Receiptrr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the generator or export any receipt. Replace this page with your final company name, address, governing law, and dispute language before publishing.

Allowed Use

Receiptrr is provided for legitimate recordkeeping, including real sales, services, rent payments, donations, deposits, cash payments, and expense records.

Free Access

Receipt creation is free to use in this version. Optional account pages are provided for convenience and future expansion; users can create receipts without an account or credit card.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account login details private. The site owner may remove accounts or restrict access if the service is misused or used in a way that violates these terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Receiptrr to create, submit, or distribute false or misleading records, including:

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and proper use of any information entered into the site or included in exported receipts. Receiptrr does not verify merchants, customers, payments, tax treatment, ownership, or transaction history.

No Legal or Tax Advice

Receiptrr is a document tool, not legal, accounting, or tax advice. Confirm your recordkeeping requirements with a qualified professional when needed.

Exports and Email

Print, download, copy, and email features are provided for convenience. Email opens your device mail app with a drafted message; Receiptrr does not guarantee delivery, acceptance, tax deductibility, reimbursement approval, or legal validity.

Saved Receipts

Account users may save receipts for later access. Users are responsible for reviewing saved receipts and deleting records they no longer want stored in their account.

Advertising and Availability

The site may display third-party ads and owner-managed promotions. Ad booking requests are subject to review and approval. Paid placement is not guaranteed until the site owner approves the request and confirms payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Receiptrr is provided as is and without warranties. The site owner is not responsible for losses, claims, penalties, rejected records, misuse, fraud, or damages arising from user-entered information or exported documents.
